I've got a new favourite food haunt that practically offers all the yummy local delights - Old Airport Road Food Centre!

Okay not really new new, but still we always see and hear it from the TV and random people, and now i've experienced it on my own! Thanks to Mother Lee, it was a surprise lunch affair yesterday.

We literally walked through all the stalls lining up the spacious food centre (not as huge as Lau Pa Sat, but it's packed with good foodstalls - comparable!) and discovered many interesting delicacies. They have normal stalls selling regular local food like fried hokkien mee, kway chap (it's DAMN good, best i've ever eaten), wanton mee, rojak, etc. The most interesting? CROCODILE MEAT STALL. Yuck or yum? Anyway, they have cute little dessert stalls that sell homemade ice-cream, muffins, kueys and Jessica's favourite goreng pisang! Once i saw the fried bananas i screamed unconciously, "Jessica would surely buy these!"

So, very excitedly, we chomped our way through the not-so-busy crowd and ordered the fried hokkien mee, kway chap, sugar-cane juice and ice-creams. Took away muffins, goreng pisangs and kueys like onek-oneks. The kway chap is heavenly! Then i thought of mia, dawn, bobo and darryn. Haha next time i'll drag them there and make them love it too. heh heh.



Hmm, it's pretty late to say this now but BLOODY IPP IS FREAKING OVER. 3 years past just like that *snaps* i've got to plan my around-the-world travel plan and make it a fucking reality. MONEYMONEY PLEASE APPEAR, bling!, UNDER MY SMELLY PILLOW.



Today was our belated "V-day spa treat" at Body Contours. Not that bad, (parking fees at CBD areas are MADNESS and they have retarded payment systems), place is kinda small compared to other spas. But it's quite a good deal so i shouldn't complain. Felt la-la after everything (especially the tummy rub i dunno why) and we went to McDonald's at Boat Quay for a pick-me-up. McWings now became a must-have and really, it's YUM. Thank you for the lovely day, hon. :)


Radios are saying that Marley & Me is now being made into a movie! Jennifer Aniston and Owen Wilson are playing the couple owning Marley, the lab retriever. I'm so OTT excited because i happened to be reading the book currently. It's really good you know and everyone should catch it! *chants: catch it, catch it, catch it...*

One last random thing to proclaim: I WANT TO SCUBA DIVE IN THE CLEAR WATERS OF THE WORLD BEFORE I DIE.

Okay one more: AND TO HAVE BEAUTIFUL WAIST-LENGTH HAIR TOO.
